某电厂UT-480/13.7-M循环流化床锅炉,炉膛内均布3组屏式水冷壁、8组屏式过热器、6组屏式再热器。所有屏式受热面均为膜式壁结构,其中屏式再热器炉膛内管子规格为φ57mm×5mm,材质TP304.鳍片用板厚为5ram的1Cr18Ni9Ti钢板制做。屏式再热器从前墙中部进入炉膛,依靠密封盒与前墙固定,穿出顶棚与47.6m处的屏式再热器中间集箱连接如图1所示。运行1年后的首次全检发现6组屏式再热器均发生了严重的变形。

Panel reheater from the middle of the front wall into the furnace, relying on the seal box and the front wall fixed, out of the roof and the reheater at 47.6m at the middle of the header box connection shown in Figure 1. The first full inspection after one year of operation found that all six groups of screen reheaters were severely deformed.
