2014年12月13日,北京市金融服务法学研究会2014年年会在中央财经大学隆重召开。本次会议回应十八届四中全会提出的众多改革任务,结合中国金融市场和金融体制的本土特性,充分借鉴国外特别是发达国家金融监管、金融立法的经验,深入研究如何更好地创新我国金融服务法理论体系、学科体系以及立法和司法体系,服务理论研究与实践工作,推动金融服务法学科不断前进。 On December 13, 2014, the 2014 annual meeting of Beijing Institute of Financial Services Law was held at the Central University of Finance and Economics. In response to the numerous reform tasks proposed by the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, this meeting fully explored how to better innovate and develop China’s economy by fully integrating the experience of the financial supervision and financial legislation in other countries, especially developed countries, in light of the local characteristics of China’s financial markets and financial system. The theory of financial services law system, the subject system and the legislative and judicial system, service theory research and practice, and promote the continuous advance of the discipline of financial services law.
