本文将阐述广东省并联水电站新、枫两库联合优化调度问题。采用的计算方法为马尔可夫决策规划。水库群优化调度的目的,是在满足水库综合利用要求的条件下,使水电站群获得最大的年期望电量。为了说明两库联合优化调度的效益,曾进行过若干调度方案的比较。计算表明,两库联合优化调度所获得的保证出力与年平均发电量,分别比两库进行常规调度时增加9.6%与4.6%如与两库分别进行优化调度比较,虽年平均发电量减少0.5%,但总保证出力可增加7.8%。并联水电站新、枫两库进行联合优化调度的动能效益是显著的。
This article will elaborate on the joint optimization of two new reservoir and two reservoir of Guangdong Parallel Hydropower Station. The calculation method used is Markov decision planning. The purpose of reservoir group optimal scheduling is to make the hydropower station group get the maximum expected power amount in the condition of meeting the requirements of comprehensive utilization of reservoirs. In order to illustrate the benefits of the joint optimization scheduling of the two banks, a number of scheduling schemes have been compared. The calculation shows that the guaranteed output and the average annual generating capacity obtained by the combined operation of the two warehouses are respectively 9.6% and 4.6% higher than those of the two warehouses. For example, compared with the two warehouses respectively, the average generating capacity decreases by 0.5 %, But the total guarantee output can increase 7.8%. The kinetic energy benefit of joint optimal dispatching of new hydropower station and maple two reservoirs is significant.
