目的:建立鱼肉中4种喹诺酮类药物的高效液相色谱法测定方法。方法:对样品提取条件以及色谱条件和荧光检测光谱参数等进行研究。结果:在最佳测试条件下,最低检出限达0 .1μg/kg,样品加标回收率在76. 5% ~113. 2% 之间。结论:该方法准确灵敏、精密度好,用于鱼肉中喹诺酮类药物测定,结果满意。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of four quinolones in fish by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The extraction conditions of the samples, the chromatographic conditions and the parameters of fluorescence detection were studied. Results: Under the optimal test conditions, the minimum detection limit was 0 .1μg / kg, the spiked recoveries of samples were between 76.5% and 113.2%. Conclusion: The method is accurate and sensitive, and has good precision. It is suitable for the determination of quinolones in fish meat with satisfactory results.
