近十年来,电工钢的进展是显著的。已研制出有良好半有机涂层无取向电工钢,由于可加工性的改善,大大地促进了生产率的改善。在晶粒取向电工钢中,高导磁率晶粒取向电工钢的发展是值得注意的。通过高度的晶粒取向排列使磁滞损失显著降低和通过表面涂层产生拉伸应力的方法降低涡流损失是这种电工钢的基本特征。已经证明,用这些钢制成的变压器在低损耗,低激发能和低超音方面都比其它变压器优越。
The past decade, the progress of electrical steel is significant. Non-oriented electrical steel with a good semi-organic coating has been developed which has greatly contributed to the improvement of productivity due to the improved workability. In grain-oriented electrical steel, the development of high-permeability grain-oriented electrical steel is noteworthy. The fundamental feature of this type of electrical steel is the reduction of eddy current losses by a significant reduction in hysteresis loss due to a high degree of grain orientation and the resulting tensile stresses through the surface coating. Transformers made of these steels have proven superior to other transformers in terms of low loss, low excitation energy and low sound.
