由萨尔橡胶厂新开发的一种整体道床轨道系统为连续弹性支承系统,特点是采用嵌装式钢轨,该钢轨在荷载作用下弹性支撑于滑动面上。为减少行车荷载出现振荡和振动及减轻由此产生的震动和对路基、环境的破坏性影响,采用该系统尤为适宜。此外,由于减振幅度较大和连续弹性嵌装,钢轨踏面的波形磨耗相应减少。 该轨道系统的特征是钢轨铺于由专门开发的橡胶材料制成的连续弹性垫板之上。钢轨的固定不是通过点式支承,而是通过弹性体(压紧体)从钢轨两侧向轨腰连续挤压。由于弹性体和压紧体之间能产生垂向大幅度滑动,该系统起到了软缓冲作用,而无钢轨倾覆运动过强之虞。 钢轨嵌装使温度波动范围缩小,从而实际上消除了因温度应力造成的钢轨断裂。
A new integrated track bed system developed by Saar Rubber Factory is a continuous elastic support system featuring a recessed rail that flexibly supports the sliding surface under load. This system is particularly suitable for reducing the occurrence of oscillations and vibrations in driving loads and for alleviating the resulting vibrations and damaging effects on roadbed and environment. In addition, due to the larger damping amplitude and continuous elastic mounting, the corresponding reduction of the rail tread wear. The track system is characterized by rails laid on a continuous elastic pad made of specially developed rubber material. Rails are not fixed by point support, but by the elastic body (compact body) from both sides of the rail to the rail waist continuous extrusion. Due to the substantial vertical sliding between the elastomer and the compact, the system acts as a soft cushion without the danger of overturning the rails. Rail fitting reduces the range of temperature fluctuations, virtually eliminating rail rupture due to temperature stress.
