多学科交叉融合的“医学+X”复合型人才培养是践行“教育强国”战略和“健康中国”战略、推进新医科建设的重要举措。本文分析了综合性大学多学科交叉融合医学人才培养现状和存在的问题,结合浙江大学“X+医”和“医+X”的双通道多学科交叉融合医学人才培养路径,“阶梯式”科研创新课程,新型医学科研创新实体平台和交叉人才管理体制机制改革等实践,对多学科交叉融合医学人才培养进行了探索,以期为高校复合型医学创新人才培养提供参考。“,”The “Medicine + X” interdisciplinary integration talents cultivation is an important measure to implement the national strategy of “education power” and “healthy China” and to promote the construction of new medicine. The article analyzed current situation and existent problems of interdisciplinary talent training in comprehensive universities of medicine. Combined with the practice of the “X+ medicine” and “medicine + X” dual pathways of interdisciplinary medical talent training, scientific innovation courses at different levels, the construction of new medical research and innovation institutions, reformation of interdisciplinary talent training mechanism in Zhejiang University were reviewed to provide a reference for reformation based on hybrid interdisciplinary training of medical talents in colleges and universities.
