影响烧结返矿率的因素众多,其中很多因素之间存在着相关性,常规分析忽略其中的任何因素都有可能造成主要信息缺失,而在实际生产过程中只能对主要因素进行重点控制,但采用常规方法是难以找到主要因素的。采用因子分析方法对多因素进行降维处理,以较少的因子数目反映原始变量的大部分信息,可达到简化结构与分析的目的,从而找到影响目标变量的主要因素。因子分析表明,影响攀钢钒钛矿烧结返矿率的主要因子为钒钛矿配比、沟下筛分效率、入炉矿粒度、垂直烧结速度、料层厚度与阻力等并给出了相应的控制对策。
There are many factors that affect the rate of sinter rebreathing. Many of these factors are related to each other. Ignoring any of these factors in routine analysis may result in the loss of key information. However, in actual production, only the major factors can be controlled. Using factor analysis method to reduce the dimension of multi-factors, and to reflect most of the information of the original variables with fewer factors, we can achieve the purpose of simplifying the structure and analysis and find out the main factors affecting the target variables.
