目的　观察三联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)后对偏头痛患者的治疗效果。方法　 97例偏头痛患者经13 C尿素呼气试验确定Hp感染。对其进行为期 2周的Hp根除治疗 ,对头痛程度、头痛持续时间及头痛频率进行为期 6个月的观察。结果　 83例完成整个疗程后体内Hp被完全根除 ,其头痛程度、持续时间及频率均较治疗前显著降低和减少。结论　感染了Hp的偏头痛患者经三联疗法根除Hp后 ,其头痛程度、持续时间及频率均较治疗前显著降低和减少。Hp可能是偏头痛的病因之一 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of triple therapy on migraine patients after eradication of Helicobacter pylori (Hp). Methods 97 cases of migraine patients confirmed by 13 C urea breath test Hp infection.
