大量研究证明外环境pH值对发样元素沾污和洗脱有重要影响,但人发本身pH值有何种影响迄今尚不清楚。本文建立一种简易、准确性、再现性好的人发pH值的测定方法。用此方法于1988年和1989年两次共测定131例发样。发现人发pH值在不同性别和年龄间有显著差异。儿童发样1988年20例,pH值X±SD=3.92±0.24;1989年36例,pH值为3.94±0.54。成人女性发样1988年24例,pH值为7.05±0.50;1989年10例,pH值为6.78±0.16。成年男性发样1988年28例,pH值为5.98±0.84;1989年13例,pH值为5.60±0.93。结果表明,儿童与成人(P<0.001)及成人男女之间(P<0.001)发pH值均有非常显著的差异。
A large number of studies have shown that the external pH value of the sample element stain and elution have a significant impact, but the human hair pH value of what so far is unclear. This article established a simple, accurate, reproducible determination of human hair pH value. With this method in 1988 and 1989, a total of 131 samples were determined. Found that human hair pH in different genders and age were significantly different. 20 cases of children hair samples in 1988, pH value X ± SD = 3.92 ± 0.24; 36 cases in 1989, the pH value of 3.94 ± 0.54. In 24 cases of adult women hair samples in 1988, the pH was 7.05 ± 0.50; in 1989 10 cases, the pH value of 6.78 ± 0.16. Adult male hair samples in 1988 28 cases, the pH value of 5. 98 ± 0. 84; in 1989 13 cases, the pH value of 5.60 ± 0.93. The results showed that children and adults (P <0.001) and adult men and women (P <0.001) made a very significant difference in pH value.
