研究根瘤菌不同接种方式对大豆根瘤分布及产量的影响。结果表明 ,液体菌剂拌种与颗粒菌肥作种肥施用导致大豆结瘤部位不同 ,液体菌剂拌种根瘤多集中于根上层 ,施用颗粒菌肥根瘤多集中于根下层 ;施用颗粒菌肥在大豆生长后期根瘤数量及干重均显出优势 ,且大豆产量高于液体菌剂拌种处理
The effect of Rhizobium inoculation on soybean nodule distribution and yield was studied. The results showed that the mixture of liquid antibacterial agent and granular fertilizer for seed fertilizer led to different nodulation sites of soybean. The liquid bacterial agent mixed with root nodules mostly concentrated in the root layer. The number of nodules and dry weight at the later stage of soybean growth showed advantages, and the yield of soybean was higher than that of liquid agent
