采用薄层扫描法测定了九分散灌胃后小鼠胃肠中士的宁的残留量,研究了九分散中士的宁的胃肠吸收动力学规律。结果表明,士的宁在小鼠体内的胃肠吸收符合一室药动学模型,并求出该制剂的主要动力学参数。
TLC was used to determine the residual amount of strychnine in the gastro-intestinal tract of mice after nine-sparing intragastric administration, and the gastrointestinal absorption kinetics of nine dispersed Sinorazine was studied. The results showed that the gastrointestinal absorption of strychnine in mice was consistent with a one-compartment pharmacokinetic model, and the main kinetic parameters of the formulation were obtained.
