我厂使用的一台DZW4-1.25-AⅢ型锅炉,因炉排片烧坏导致撞断大梁的事故时有发生,影响了正常生产。通过分析和多次处理类似事故的经验总结,我们在1996年底停产检修时,对炉排进行了部分改进,收到了很好的效果。 该锅炉共有4个出灰炉门,大梁17根,其中固定梁9根,活动梁8根。每根梁上有36个炉排片,活动梁的往复行程为90mm。固定炉排片和活动炉排片相
A DZW4-1.25-A Ⅲ boiler used by our factory happened frequently because of the burnout of the grate plate, which caused the accident of breaking the girder, which affected the normal production. Through analyzing and summarizing the experience of dealing with similar accidents many times, we made partial improvements to the grate at the shutdown of maintenance in late 1996 and received very good results.
