目的 :建立复方联苯苄唑洗剂中联苯苄唑及醋酸地塞米松的含量的HPLC法测定法。方法 :色谱条件ZorbaxC18柱 ( 2 50mm× 4 .6mm ,5μm) ,流动相 :甲醇 乙腈 水 ( 90∶5∶5) ,流速 :1 .0 0ml/min ,检测波长 :2 4 0nm ,进样量 :2 0 μl。结果 :两组分收率 1 0 0 .52 %～ 99.61 % ,RSD 0 .78%～ 1 .4 4% (n =5)。结论 :该法适用于复方联苯苄唑洗剂含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of bifonazole and dexamethasone acetate in the compound bifonazole lotion. METHODS: The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Zorbax C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile water (90: 5: 5), flow rate of 1.0 ml / min, detection wavelength of 240 nm, : 2 0 μl. Results: The yield of the two groups was 100.52% -99.61%, RSD 0.78% -1.44% (n = 5). Conclusion: This method is suitable for the determination of compound bifonazole lotion.
