运用种子贮藏蛋白电泳分析、染色体C -带和SSR标记分析鉴定了来源于小麦 -异源杂交回交组合Curren cy/小偃 6号 / /川育 12号 / 3/A30 2的NR98117- 9S等 3个小麦材料的染色体组成。这 3个小麦材料是 1R/ 1D代换系并可能分别伴有 1DS或 3RS的小片段插入未知染色体的遗传变异。SDS -PAGE分析发现 ,这 3个小麦材料都具有 2条来自 6x小黑麦Currency的罕见的HMW -GS带 ,可能受 1R上的基因控制。文中还对这 3个小麦材料的抗病性与其染色体组成变异的关系进行了讨论
Analysis of seed storage protein electrophoresis, chromosome C - banding and SSR marker analysis identified NR98117-9S, etc. from Curren cy / Xiaoyan 6 / / Chuanyu 12/3 / A30 2 of wheat - allogeneic hybrid backcross Chromosome composition of three wheat materials. The three wheat materials are 1R / 1D substitution lines and may have small variations of 1DS or 3RS, respectively, inserted into the genetic variation of unknown chromosomes. SDS-PAGE analysis found that all three wheat materials had two rare HMW-GS bands from 6x Triterpenes, possibly controlled by the genes on 1R. The article also discussed the relationship between disease resistance and its chromosomal composition variation of these three wheat materials
