建筑施工阶段质量控制是工程项目全过程质量控制的关键环节。施工阶段质量管理的有效性,关系到整个工程项目的最终质量能否达到国家规范和业主的要求,关系到整个工程项目的顺利完成和成本控制,因此必须重视和加强施工阶段质量管理工作。现从房屋建设施工中的质量管理现状入手,对加强施工阶段质量管理的对策展开研究讨论,并实现了施工现场质量体系改进。希望可以为一些建筑施工管理工作着带来一些参考意义和指导价值。
Quality control during the construction phase of the project is the key to the quality control of the entire project. The validity of quality management during the construction phase is related to whether the final quality of the entire project can meet the requirements of the state norms and owners and affects the smooth completion and cost control of the entire project. Therefore, quality management in the construction phase must be emphasized and strengthened. Beginning with the current status of quality management in the construction of houses, the study on how to strengthen the quality management in the construction phase was started, and the improvement of the quality system at the construction site was realized. Hope that some of the construction management work will bring some reference and guiding value.
