文章首先分析了“政校行企”协同创新人才培养模式的框架、内涵及意义,然后以东莞职业技术学院工商企业管理专业为例,基于就业、创业和创新的“能力本位”导向,从完善人才培养方案、改革课程体系和教学方式、加强“双师结构”队伍建设、推进协同创新平台和机制建设、强化实践教学和创新、创业能力培养、人才培养质量评价等方面,探索高职工商企业管理专业人才培养模式的改革路径。
