研究了三疣梭子蟹在水体盐度为0、5‰、10‰、15‰、20‰和25‰的条件下的生长及成活情况。结果表明:水体不同盐度对三疣梭子蟹的生长和成活率影响显著,其最适生长盐度为20‰及25‰,在此环境下三疣梭子蟹生长速度最快,存活率最高,增重率、成活率分别达到179%、100%;在水体盐度为10‰~20‰时三疣梭子蟹生长速度较快,增重率较高,但是其成活率不是很高,而当盐度低于5‰时,三疣梭子蟹养殖效率明显变差,成活率仅为45%,不具有养殖经济价值。
The growth and survival of Portunus trituberculatus under the conditions of salinity of 0, 5 ‰, 10 ‰, 15 ‰, 20 ‰ and 25 ‰ were studied. The results showed that different salinities of water body had significant effects on the growth and survival rate of Portunus trituberculatus, with the optimum salinities of 20 ‰ and 25 ‰. Under these conditions, Portunus trituberculatus grew fastest and had the highest survival rate Rate and survival rate reached 179% and 100% respectively. When the water salinity was 10 ‰ ~ 20 ‰, Portunus trituberculatus grew faster and gained higher weight gain rate, but its survival rate was not very high.
