“素质教育”一词提出已有多年,各级教育部门、基础教育各个学科对其内涵实质、实施途径和方法等进行了长期的探讨和摸索,收到了一些成效。但相对于时代的发展对人才培养的要求来说,素质教育实施的深度和力度显然还不够,国家教育部从民族复兴的高度,从课程结构入手,大刀阔斧地进行了新一轮的课程改革,扎实推进素质教育,务必要开创基础教育改革的新局面。英语学科如何顺应这种变革,如何在本学科中实现对学生素质的提升呢?笔者以为,“任务型”语言大纲和教学途径的选择是英语学科教学与新的国家课程纲要的契合点。
The term “quality education” has been put forward for many years. Various educational departments and basic education disciplines at all levels have conducted long-term discussions and exploration on their connotation, ways and means of implementation, and received some results. However, compared with the requirements of personnel training in the development of the times, the depth and intensity of implementation of quality education are clearly not enough. Starting from the perspective of national rejuvenation, the Ministry of National Education started a new round of curriculum reform with boldness and breadth, To steadfastly promote quality education, we must create a new situation in the reform of basic education. How to adapt to this change in English disciplines, how to improve the quality of students in this subject? The author believes that “task-based ” language syllabus and choice of teaching methods is the combination of English subject teaching and the new national curriculum outline .
