6月10日,中国橡胶工业协会和中国五矿化工商会共同召开美国对华乘用轮胎和轻卡轮胎反倾销反补贴应诉协调会。商务部公平贸易局出口一处李勰处长出席会议并讲话,中国橡胶工业协会副会长兼秘书长徐文英、中国五矿化工商会副会长于毅在会议上发言,40多家涉案轮胎企业的80多名代表参加了会议。轮胎出口大省——山东和浙江省商务厅派员列席了会议。6月3日,美国工人联合会(USW)向美国商务部和美国国际贸易委员会提出申请,要求对来自中国的乘用及轻卡轮胎产品启动反倾销和反补贴调查。由于中美海关税则号略有不同,申请书中列举的2013年美国自中国的进口金额,即涉案金额为
June 10, China Rubber Industry Association and China Minmetals Chemical Chamber of Commerce jointly held by the United States of China passenger tires and light truck tire anti-dumping countervailing duty association coordination. Director of Bureau of Fair Trading, Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, Li Chuang, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Xu Wenying, vice president and secretary general of China Rubber Industry Association, Yu Yi, vice president of China Minmetals Chamber of Commerce and Industry, made a speech at the meeting. More than 40 tire companies involved More than 80 delegates attended the meeting.
