独立学院的教务工作与普通高校相比既有共性，也有其独特的发展特点和规律，目前独立学院的教务工作由于种种原因存在一些问题，严重影响了教务工作的发展，本文在深刻剖析独立学院教务工作存在问题的基础上对如何完善教务工作进行了初步的探索，希望能够为独立学院的教务工作提供一些思路。
