1 预防高、低温引起故障 微机的芯片对高温非常敏感,在正常工作时,微机产生的热量对电路来说是允许的。但是若通风排气口堵塞,系统内外积压灰尘太多则会影响系统热量的散发,系统内部元件过热,会提早老化。使用中产生的热量并不是在器件中均匀传导,而是在芯片的某些特定位置上最热。 通常冷或热都会造成芯片里面的接点短路。当温度太高时,系统会产生间断性的数据错误或数据丢失。高、低温也会引起磁盘故障,如果将软盘放在高温处,软盘里的信息将会部分或全部丢失。 2 预防灰尘、杂质引起故障 计算机在正常工作期间总会产生热量,堆积在电路和器件上的灰尘及杂质会影响器件热量的散发,致使机内温度比正常情况要高,使得芯片及其它部件坏得更快,引起内存芯片故障的主要因素也是灰尘。机械设备,如打印机、磁盘驱动器发生的故障常常比那些固体电路的电子器件更多,这是因为机械设备在运动中更易脏污,造成过热而过早损坏。 3 预防噪声干扰引起故障 计算机系统对噪声干扰十分敏感,噪声会影响正常操作。凡是无规则、非周期性振动所产生的声音都称为噪声。所有的噪声干扰都会使微机系统工作失常甚至损坏。干扰会使程序在一个操作执行一半时突然停止、读写磁盘的信息混乱、显示屏显示杂乱信息、死机、打印机 1 Preventing failure caused by high and low temperatures The microcomputer chip is very sensitive to high temperatures. In normal operation, the heat generated by the microcomputer is allowed for the circuit. However, if the ventilation and exhaust vents are blocked, too much dust inside and outside the system will affect the heat dissipation of the system. The heat generated during use is not uniformly conducted in the device, but is the hottest at certain locations on the chip. Often cold or hot causes a short circuit in the contacts inside the chip. When the temperature is too high, the system generates intermittent data errors or data loss. High and low temperatures can also cause disk failure. If the floppy disk is placed at a high temperature, the information in the floppy disk will be partially or completely lost. 2 Preventing dust and impurities from causing malfunction The computer always generates heat during normal operation. Dust and impurities accumulated on circuits and devices can affect the heat dissipation of the device, causing the internal temperature to be higher than normal, making the chip and other components bad. Faster, the main cause of memory chip failure is dust. Mechanical devices, such as printers, disk drives, often fail more than those with solid circuits. This is because mechanical devices are more likely to become dirty during movement, causing overheating and premature failure. 3 Preventing Noise Interference Caused by Faults Computer systems are very sensitive to noise interference and noise can affect normal operation. The sound produced by irregular, aperiodic vibrations is called noise. All noise interference will cause the microcomputer system to malfunction or even be damaged.
