案例回放在微博上发布“狼牙山五壮士”欺压当地村民等内容的张广红,因不服广州市公安局越秀区分局就该事件对其作出的行政处罚,于2013年11月13日将对方起诉到法院,要求判决广州市公安局越秀区分局撤销处罚决定并进行赔偿。广州越秀区人民法院于2014年2月13日对该案作出一审判决,驳回张广红的全部诉讼请求。
