以水库型为主的云南高原盆地城市水源地多处于岩溶山区,生态环境容量低,敏感度高,脆弱性强。在对脆弱性研究基础上,从云南高原盆地城市水源地脆弱性状况出发,结合高原盆地城市水源地脆弱性概念和内涵,构建反映高原盆地城市水源地脆弱性状态的评价指标体系及评价标准。由于水源地影响因子的复杂性和指标评价标准界线的模糊性,采用集对分析法中的联系度来描述这种不确定性,在一定程度上避免了以往评价需要计算权重的问题。为此,依据高原盆地城市水源地评价指标的实际值与各等级标准界限值的关系,确定差异度系数,结合集对势对典型高原盆地城市水源地——松花坝水源地进行评价,发现结果与实际情况相符,说明该方法具有一定的可信度。
Most of the urban water sources in the Yunnan Plateau Basin, which are mainly reservoir type, are located in karst mountainous areas with low ecological capacity, high sensitivity and strong vulnerability. Based on the study of vulnerability, this paper starts from the vulnerability of urban water sources in Yunnan Plateau Basin, and combines with the concept and connotation of vulnerability of urban water sources in plateau basins to establish an evaluation index system and evaluation criteria that reflect the vulnerability status of urban water sources in plateau. Due to the complexity of the impact factor of water source and the fuzziness of the boundary line of evaluation index, the connection degree of set pair analysis method is used to describe this kind of uncertainty, to a certain extent, the problem of weight evaluation in past evaluation is avoided. Therefore, according to the relationship between the actual value of the evaluation index of urban water sources and the standard limits of each grade in the plateau basins, the coefficient of variation was determined and the water potential of Songhuaba, an urban water source in a typical plateau basin, In line with the actual situation, indicating that the method has a certain degree of credibility.
