东方红-54(75)拖拉机是农用牵引机械,其前梁是铸铁件,用在林业生产的集材工序上,前梁容易发生断裂,而且多断在拐轴套处,很难修复,即使焊接后,也不能保证强度,往往在焊接处周围又发生断裂,影响生产。我局在近两年来,进行了用普通板钢直接焊接前梁的试验。实践证明,效果良好。我局使用的11台东方红-54(75)拖拉机(推土机),每台每年都发生断前梁事故,最多的7次,最少的1次。开始采取焊接修复,不仅施焊、热处理技术要求高,而且质量低。后来我们以预防为主,采取了加强大梁的平整度;改善了道路;正规了操作,起到一定作用,但前梁仍有断裂。为了彻底解决前梁的断裂问题,我们于1972年9月,在我局的东风林场,用BS-330
