目的观察普米克令舒、万托林联合甲强龙辅助治疗小儿毛细支气管炎患儿的临床效果。方法选取医院收治的小儿毛细支气管炎患儿30例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组15例。2组患儿首先均进行氧疗和抗病毒疗法,之后对其进行具体的雾化吸入治疗。对照组施以普米克令舒和万托林进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合甲强龙进行治疗。观察2组患儿的临床治疗效果,临床体征消失时间、住院时间,治疗前后肺功能指标(FEV_1、FVC以及FEV_1/FVC)变化情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率为100.0%,高于对照组的73.3%(P<0.05);观察组体征消失时间为(1.3±0.7)d、住院时间为(5.9±0.6)d,均短于对照组的(4.9±1.1)d、(7.5±0.8)d(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组患儿FEV_1、FVC及FEV_1/FVC指标较治疗前均改善,且观察组上述三项肺功能指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为13.3%,低于对照组的26.7%(P<0.05)。结论普米克令舒、万托林联合甲强龙辅助治疗小儿毛细支气管炎效果显著,安全性高,有效缓解患儿的临床病症,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Pulmicort respules and verapamil combined with methylprednisolone in children with bronchiolitis. Methods Thirty children with bronchiolitis admitted to hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 15 cases in each group. Two groups of children were first treated with oxygen therapy and antiviral therapy, and then their specific inhalation therapy. The control group was treated with Pulmicort Respules and Wan Velin, and the observation group was treated with methylprednisolone on the basis of the control group. The clinical effects, the disappearance of clinical signs, the duration of hospitalization, the changes of pulmonary function parameters (FEV 1, FVC and FEV 1 / FVC) and the incidence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were observed in two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 100.0%, which was higher than that in the control group (73.3%, P <0.05). The disappearance time in the observation group was (1.3 ± 0.7) d and the hospitalization time was (5.9 ± 0.6) days, Group (4.9 ± 1.1) d, (7.5 ± 0.8) d (P <0.01). After treatment, FEV_1, FVC and FEV_1 / FVC in both groups were improved compared with those before treatment, and the three indexes of lung function in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 13.3%, which was lower than that in the control group (26.7%, P <0.05). Conclusions Pulmicort respules and verapamil combined with methylprednisolone are effective in treating children with bronchiolitis, and have high safety and can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms in children, which deserves clinical application.
