目的:观察糖复康治疗肝硬化合并2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:将所选病例随机分成两组,其中治疗组48例,对照组33例。治疗组患者口服糖复康方联合水林佳,对照组口服金芪降糖片联合水林佳,3个月为1个疗程。治疗前后观察空腹及开始进食馒头餐后0.5、1、2、3 h分别取血查血糖、胰岛素,空腹血并查肝功能、血脂,纤维化指标、糖化血红蛋白1c(HBA1c)、胰岛素敏感指数(IAI)和胰岛素抵抗指数(IR)。结果:两组患者在改善肝功能、降低血糖方面治疗前后自身比较显著改善;在治疗肝病的效果,降低丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、总胆红素(TBil)方面疗效相当(P>0.05)。在降低透明脂酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、血清前胶原肽方面效果相当(P>0.05);对四型胶原的减低治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。在改善空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(P2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白1c(HbA1c)、IAI、IR方面治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糖复康方药可以显著改善肝硬化合并2型糖尿病患者胰岛素抵抗的、降低高血糖。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Tangfukang on cirrhosis with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: The selected cases were randomly divided into two groups, including 48 cases in the treatment group and 33 cases in the control group. Patients in the treatment group were given oral Tangfukang combined with water Linjia, while those in the control group were treated with Jinqian Hypoglycemic Tablets combined with Shui Linjia. In the treatment of liver disease, the effects of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT), total bilirubin The efficacy of TBil was comparable (P> 0.05). (P> 0.05) in reducing the levels of HA, LN, and procollagen peptide. The reduction of type IV collagen in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group (P <0.05). The improvement of fasting blood glucose (FPG), 2h postprandial blood glucose (P2hPG), HbA1c, IAI, IR treatment group than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Tangfukang Recipe can significantly improve insulin resistance and reduce hyperglycemia in patients with cirrhosis and type 2 diabetes mellitus.
