海关职业发展指导,是对在职公务人员职业和人生发展动力、方向、路径、方式方法等心理内容的指导,目的是使关员在了解海关要求,特别是了解自己实际心理发展水平和发展潜能过程中,确定现实具体的阶段性人生发展目标和岗位发展目标,主动接纳海关工作规则,并主要依靠自我实现的约束和激励机制,实现海关人和海关事业最大的成就水平和共赢发展目标。目前的实验主要是对新关员在初任培训中进行团体职业发展的心理指导,是促进新关员向合格的海关关员转变的心理指导。
