It is well-known that customer satisfaction surveys must be based on the correct procedures and rules to obtain accurate and meaningful information, and understand the tasks and the interrelationships between them. The process of customer satisfaction surveys is described as follows: • System statements of survey objectives; • Selection of sampling frames;
