人的失败感通常发生在5岁左右,进入小学的孩子开始以成就来定义自己的失败与成功。随着学龄的增长,学业的加重,竞争意识的形成,大部分学生的失败感愈来愈重,逐渐形成了对自我的失败认同。有些学生甚至没有正确的自我观念,缺乏自信心,缺乏追求真善美的动机,潜能得不到最大程度地发挥。作为教育者,有责任帮助孩子扬起自信的风帆。
A person's sense of failure usually occurs at the age of 5, and children entering elementary school begin to define their own failures and successes by achievement. With the increase of school age, the heavier academic studies and the formation of competitive awareness, most students feel more and more failure and gradually form a self-defeating agreement. Some students do not even have the correct self-concept, lack of self-confidence, lack of motivation to pursue truth, goodness and beauty, and their potential can not be fully realized. As educators, there is a responsibility to help children raise confident sail.
