针对“三软”煤层工作面上下端头处围岩变形特点及对支护结构的要求,分析了现有端头支护方式及优缺点,设计了步移式支护架结构及其技术参数,步移式支护架主要分为前部、中部和后部.理论计算了步移式支护架上载荷大小为2 807.35 kN,通过实测分析,支架上平均载荷值2 238 kN,为额定载荷的46.6%,上下端头处围岩最大变形量为197 mm,为安全生产提供了保证,为“三软”煤层端头支护提供了理论及技术依据.
According to the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock at the upper and lower ends of the “three soft” coal seam face and the requirements for the support structure, the existing end support methods and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. The structure of the walking support frame and its Technical parameters, walking support is divided into front, middle and rear.The theoretical calculation of the load on the walking support is 2 807.35 kN, the actual load on the support is 2 238 kN, Is 46.6% of the rated load, the maximum deformation of the surrounding rock at the upper and lower ends is 197 mm, which provides a guarantee for safety production and provides theoretical and technical basis for the end support of the “three soft” coal seam.
