公安信访问题有其历史和现实的成因,经过2005年开门大接访,公安信访形势趋于好转。但当前公安信访问题仍较突出,尤其是重复信访量居多,公安信访工作仍面临较大压力。在新形势下做好公安信访工作具有重要意义,而推动公安信访工作长效机制建设,努力把信访问题解决在基层,则是解决公安问题的治本性措施。
The problem of public security letters and visits has its historical and realistic causes. After the grand opening of the door in 2005, the situation of public security letters and letters tends to get better. However, the current public security petition is still more prominent, especially the amount of repeated petitions, public security petitions still face greater pressure. Under the new situation, it is of great significance to do a good job in public security petition work. To promote the construction of a long-term mechanism for public security petition work and strive to solve the petition issue at the grassroots level are the fundamental measures to solve public security problems.
