南昌是一座有着深厚历史文化底蕴的城市,但保留下来的建筑遗迹除绳金塔、灵应桥等少数几处外,均已破坏殆尽。要让市民及游客真正领略到南昌千年历史文化名城的风采,必须下大力气、用大手笔,一方面恢复重建、改造提升历史文化景点;另外一方面配合南昌现代化城市建设及市民旅游休闲生活,推出新的旅游景观,从而全面展现英雄城南昌“物华天宝,人杰地灵”的历史文化风貌及时代精神。
