采用搅拌摩擦焊方法对外径110 mm、壁厚17 mm的7A09-T6铝合金液压油缸进行了环焊试验,得到了内部无缺陷、成形良好的焊接接头,并对其进行了拉伸、硬度、金相组织等测试分析。结果表明:焊接接头的抗拉强度为359.81 MPa,可达母材的66%;焊缝组织分区明显,焊核区为再结晶等轴晶粒,明显细化,热影响区组织发生变形,并受热粗化。焊接接头硬度分布呈“W”形,焊核区顶部硬度达到了母材硬度,前进侧的热影响区处硬度最低。
The friction welding of 7A09-T6 hydraulic cylinder with outer diameter of 110 mm and wall thickness of 17 mm was carried out by friction stir welding method. The weld joint with no defect and good shape was obtained and the tensile, hardness, Metallographic testing and analysis. The results show that the tensile strength of the welded joint is 359.81 MPa, which is up to 66% of the base metal. The microstructure of the welded joint is obviously obvious. The weld nugget area is recrystallized equiaxed grains and obviously refined. The microstructure of the HAZ is deformed. Roughening. The hardness distribution of the welded joint is “W” shape, the hardness of the top of the nugget area reaches the hardness of the base material, and the hardness of the heat affected zone on the advancing side is the lowest.
