对于银行来讲,人力资源管理配置工作应与建立健全企业文化管理、加强人才培养开发、激励以及有效的配置紧密配合,才能使商业银行得到正确的运转。人力资本是商业银行运行中最为活跃的要素,人力资源的管理配置问题关系着银行经济利益的提高。就目前情况来看,我国的商业银行在人力资源管理配置方法存在一些问题,导致商业银行的整体竞争力不足,限制了商业银行整体发展。在这样的情况下,笔者选择商业银行的人力资源管理配置
For the bank, the allocation of human resources management should establish and improve corporate culture management, personnel training and development, incentives and effective allocation of close coordination, in order to make commercial banks get the correct operation. Human capital is the most active element in the operation of commercial banks. The management and allocation of human resources is related to the improvement of the economic interests of the banks. As for the current situation, there are some problems in the allocation of HRM in our country’s commercial banks, which leads to the lack of overall competitiveness of commercial banks and limits the overall development of commercial banks.
