If you just glance at the title of a book, and you happen to be interested in the subject of democratization, you may find it very complicated after you take it out and buy it, and after reading and thinking about it carefully. Of course, you may not be complicated, mostly because you are immersed in the book too deep, not pulled out the foot of thought, to ponder independently thought. The so-called pondering should focus on the fact that in the summer of 1787, Philadelphia, the United States General Assembly that had only been held to fix the old ordinance, evolved into the formulation of an unheard-of-constitution. This is the “miracle of democracy” understood by the author and some readers.
