采用电弧离子镀技术在DZ125和DSM11两种镍基高温合金基材上沉积Ni-Co-Cr-Al-Y-Si-B涂层,研究了高温合金基材及其Ni-Co-Cr-Al-Y-Si-B涂层在900℃的75%Na2SO4+25%K2SO4熔盐中的热腐蚀行为.结果表明,Ni-Co-Cr-Al-Y-Si-B涂层在热腐蚀过程中生成了连续致密的α-Al2O3氧化膜,有效地保护了合金基材免受腐蚀破坏,合金基材的热腐蚀性能对体系后期的热腐蚀行为影响很大.
The Ni-Co-Cr-Al-Y-Si-B coatings were deposited on the two nickel base superalloy substrates DZ125 and DSM11 by arc ion plating. The effects of superalloy substrate and Ni-Co-Cr-Al -Y-Si-B coating in 900 ℃ 75% Na2SO4 + 25% K2SO4 molten salt.The results show that the hot-corrosion process of Ni-Co-Cr-Al-Y-Si- A continuous and dense α-Al2O3 oxide film was formed, which effectively protected the alloy substrate from corrosion damage. The hot corrosion behavior of the alloy substrate had a great influence on the hot corrosion behavior at the late stage of the system.
