2011年实施困难职工帮扶体系以来,钱营孜煤矿工会在集团公司工会的的正确引领下,在矿党政的坚强领导和大力支持下,坚持以“三个代表”重要思想和十八大精神为指导,牢固树立科学发展观,着眼解决职工最直接、最迫切、最现实的问题,不断创新帮扶形式,拓展帮扶内容,有效的推动工会帮困扶贫送温暖工作的常态化、人性化、制度化,增强了企业的凝聚力和向心力,稳定了员工队伍,促进了企业和谐发展。
