近年来,着色探伤法在渗透探伤中渐趋优势。这是因为它的检测灵敏度已远高于荧光等其他渗透方法。其探伤剂可以做到毒性低微,原料易得。特别是可以完全避免使用诸如荧光渗透剂中所含有的有强致癌作用的荧光物质等化工原料。因而着色探伤法为人们乐意采用。低毒性HD系列着色探伤液每组共分三种:即HD-RS渗透液、HD-□X清洗液、HD-EV显像液。经鉴定,达到国外同类产品水平。在全国二十七个省、市、自治区三百余家工矿单位使用,证明效果良好。低毒、刺激性气息小、灵敏度高、无腐蚀性。
