终身体育是指一个人终身进行身体锻炼和接受体育指导及教育,高校体育是为实施终身体育打基础的最重要的阶段,因此高校的体育教学一定要围绕着“终身体育”和“健康第一”这一宗旨进行改革。本文以终身体育理论的提出、高校体育在终身体育中的地位为基础,着重探讨了高校体育教学改革的新举措对终身体育的影响:重视选项课程,取消基础课程;重视个体差异,学会以人为本;重视导向功能,培养积极分子;重视全程教育,加强课外环节。
Lifelong PE refers to a person who carries out physical exercise for life and accepts PE guidance and education. PE is the most important stage for laying the foundation for the implementation of lifelong physical education. Therefore, PE teaching in colleges and universities must focus on “lifelong sports” and “ Health first ”this purpose to carry on the reform. Based on the theory of Lifelong Physical Education and the position of Physical Education in Lifelong Physical Education, this paper focuses on the impact of new measures of physical education reform on Lifelong Physical Education in colleges and universities. It emphasizes optional courses and abolishes basic courses, emphasizes individual differences and learns people-oriented. Emphasis on guiding function, cultivate activists; emphasis on education throughout the entire process, to strengthen extra-curricular links.
