In order to implement the State Council’s decision on the reform and development of basic education, and vigorously promote the reform of the curriculum materials for primary and secondary schools, the Yunnan Provincial Academy of Education held a seminar for directors and supervisors of all levels of the province. On December 26, 2001, the college invited the executive vice director of the Institute of Curriculum and Teaching Materials of the Ministry of Education and Lv Da, deputy chief editor of the People’s Education Press, to give an academic report on the completion of the seminar. Comrade Lu Da believes that teaching and research at all levels
