2010年国家自然科学基金重点学术期刊专项基金共收到70份申请,与2008年相比增长21%。各科学部根据申请条件进行初步审查并组织专家进行会议评审,共遴选出36种期刊获得国家自然科学基金重点学术期刊专项基金资助。评审的标准综合考虑以下三个方面: 1、期刊的主要数据指标 JCR、中国科技信息研究所CJCR和中国科学院文献情报中心CSCD的检索数据(如影响因子、总被引频次等)。 2、期刊的国际竞争力学科优势及学术影响力、编委会组成、来稿情况(国外投稿)、审稿机制、被国内外主要数据库检
In 2010, a total of 70 applications were received from the National Natural Science Foundation of China, a special fund for key academic journals, an increase of 21% over 2008. According to the application conditions, all science departments conduct preliminary examination and organize experts to conduct conference review. A total of 36 journals were selected and obtained special fund grants from key academic journals of National Natural Science Foundation of China. The review criteria take the following three aspects into consideration: 1. The main data index JCR of the journal, the CJCR of China Institute of Science and Technology and the CSCD of Chinese Academy of Sciences (for example, impact factor, total cited frequency, etc.). 2, the subject of international competitiveness of academic journals and academic influence, composition of the editorial board, the manuscript situation (foreign contribution), review mechanism, was the main database at home and abroad
