目的通过对吉安市艾滋病疫情分析,了解吉安市艾滋病的流行现状、特点和趋势,为制定、调整吉安市艾滋病检测、发现方案及防治对策提供科学依据。方法从中国疾病预防控制信息系统、吉安市艾滋病确证实验室及筛查中心实验室获取资料,采用描述流行病学方法对资料进行分析。结果 2004-2013年吉安市累计报告HIV感染者和艾滋病患者349例,呈逐渐上升趋势,以性传播途径为主,占89.68%,血液传播、母婴传播相应出现下降的趋势;感染者以青壮年、男性、农民、无业人群为主;感染人群文化水平较低,以低文化层为主,占73.07%;样品来源以医疗行为检测者为主,占49.28%,且比例呈上升趋势。结论近年来,吉安市艾滋病疫情形势十分严峻,并由高危人群向一般人群扩散,青壮年、农民、民工、无业人群病例居多,区域分布以主要城区及周边县区为主,病例分布情况及病例特征出现了一些新特点和变化趋势,临床医疗机构在发现艾滋病感染者和艾滋病患者中作用越来越大,吉安市应采取针对性的、切实可行的防控措施开展艾滋病防控工作。
Objective To understand the status quo, characteristics and trends of AIDS epidemic in Ji’an City by analyzing the epidemic situation of AIDS in Ji’an City and provide scientific basis for formulating and adjusting AIDS detection and detection plan and preventive measures in Ji’an City. Clinicians are playing a more and more important role in detecting HIV / AIDS patients and AIDS patients. Ji’an City should take targeted and practical prevention and control measures to prevent and control AIDS.
