利用扫描电镜对磨损后的铸铁试样表面和侧表面进行观察,对蠕墨铸铁在润滑磨损利于磨损条件下的磨损过程进行综合分析,并与片状石墨铸铁和球墨铸铁进行对比。认为,铸铁组织中的石墨形态和基体组织抗塑性变形的能力对铸铁磨损过程的产生有重要的影响,并决定其耐磨性。试验结果表明:蠕墨铸铁抗起始塑性变形的能力大于片状石墨铸铁,而小于球墨铸铁,所以蠕墨铸铁的耐磨性高于灰口铸铁而低于球墨铸铁。
Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to observe the surface and side surfaces of the worn cast iron samples. The comparisons were made between the wear behavior of vermicular graphite cast iron and the flake graphite cast iron and ductile cast iron. It is considered that the graphite morphology in the cast iron and the ability of the matrix to resist plastic deformation have an important influence on the wear process of the cast iron and determine its wear resistance. The test results show that vermicular graphite cast iron has higher resistance to initial plastic deformation than flaky graphite cast iron and less than ductile cast iron. Therefore, vermicular graphite cast iron has higher wear resistance than gray cast iron and lower than ductile cast iron.
