目的:更加深入地分析综合护理方式在直肠肛门周围脓肿中的应用效果。方法:对重庆市长寿区中医院2015年11月至2016年11月期间前来就诊治疗的的120例直肠肛门周围脓肿患者的基本资料进行收集,然后对其采用中西医结合的方式进行治疗,并将其随机分为A组和B组,每组各60例。在此基础上对A组的患者进行常规护理,对B组的患者进行综合护理,最后比较A组和B组两组患者在护理以后的身体恢复情况和对护理是否满意的情况。结果:B组患者的总有效率为98.33%明显高于A组患者的总有效率为86.67%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组患者对护理的总满意率为100.00%明显大于A组患者的93.33%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理方式在直肠肛门周围脓肿中有良好的应用效果,这种护理方式优化患者的护理效果,使患者对护理更加满意,有利于患者快速康复。 Objective: To further analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in abscess around the rectum and anus. Methods: The basic data of 120 cases of patients with rectal perianal abscess who came to treatment in Changshou District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 were collected, and then treated by Integrative Medicine. And they were randomly divided into A group and B group, 60 cases in each group. On this basis, the patients in group A were given routine care, and the patients in group B were given comprehensive care. Finally, the recovery of the patients in group A and group B after the nursing were compared with those in the group B whether they were satisfied with the nursing. Results: The total effective rate of group B was 98.33%, which was significantly higher than that of group A (86.67%). There was significant difference between groups (P <0.05). The total satisfaction rate of group B (100.00%) was significantly higher than that in group A (93.33%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing method has a good application effect in the treatment of abscess around the rectum and anus. This nursing method optimizes the nursing effect of the patients and makes the patients more satisfied with the nursing and helps the patients recover quickly.
