目的使用脑心浸液羊血培养基和KF链球菌羊血培养基对高原鼠兔肠道菌进行分离,以了解脑心浸液羊血培养基上所分离的细菌菌属的种类和丰度,同时用KF链球菌羊血培养基对高原鼠兔肠道菌进行选择性分离以了解高原鼠兔肠道中是否存在新种链球菌。方法使用脑心浸液羊血培养基和KF链球菌羊血培养基,在5%CO2气体条件下对高原鼠兔肠道菌进行培养和分离,使用16S r DNA全长序列分析等方法鉴定细菌。结果从20份高原鼠兔肠内容物标本中共分离607株细菌,可鉴定为19个属,31个种。其中用脑心浸液羊血培养基分离鉴定了495株细菌的19个属,用KF链球菌羊血培养基分离鉴定了112株细菌的3个属。分离鉴定的607株细菌,在属水平上,节杆菌属、肠球菌属、芽孢杆菌属为优势菌属,分别占31.47%、16.14%和15.98%;在种水平上,Arthrobacter luteolus、Enterococcus faecium为优势种。一些菌种为具有医学意义的细菌,如Yersinia enterocolitica、Staphylococcus haemolyticus、Staphylococcus epidermidis等。结论脑心浸液羊血培养基上所分离的菌属丰富,本次实验中尚未发现链球菌新种,分布广泛的青藏高原鼠兔肠道中携带多种致病菌和潜在致病菌。
