根据热轧无缝钢管张力减径过程特点,建立了20机架张力减径机的三维热力耦合有限元模型。将模拟结果与实际产品的平均壁厚对比,偏差仅为2.2%,验证了有限元模拟的可靠性。研究了张力减径过程中荒管壁厚变化曲线以及不均匀壁厚荒管和不同转速差对成品管质量影响。结果表明:荒管壁厚呈现先增加后减小的趋势;荒管形状对成品管的影响很大,且成品管遗传了荒管的特点;转速差越小,钢管的壁厚越厚,越不均匀。
According to the characteristics of hot stretch seamless steel pipe tension reducing process, a three-dimensional thermodynamic coupling finite element model of 20-rack tension reducer was established. The simulation results are compared with the actual average wall thickness of the product, the deviation is only 2.2%, which verifies the reliability of the finite element simulation. The curve of the wall thickness of the waste pipe in tension reducing process and the effect of uneven wall thickness growth and different rotational speed difference on the quality of the finished pipe were studied. The results showed that the wall thickness of waste pipe increased at first and then decreased. The shape of waste pipe had a great influence on the finished pipe, and the finished pipe passed the characteristics of waste pipe.
