This paper introduces the research and application of intelligent measuring and controlling system for automatic weighing instrument. The system adopts automatic material weighing cycle test system and test method under laboratory conditions to overcome many shortcomings and deficiencies in the field material testing method, fully meet the international recommendations and The requirements of the national accreditation procedures can improve the test stability and accuracy, meanwhile, it can effectively reduce the test cost and energy consumption of manufacturing enterprises and improve the capability of measuring and tracing of automatic weighing instrument products.
