钦州地区行署,防城港市、钦州市、防城港市防城区、港口区人民政府,广西军区,柳铁,区直各有关单位:为了解决钦州至防城港高速公路(以下简称钦防高速公路)建设有关问题,加快钦防公路建设速度,最近,自治区主席成克杰主持召开了钦防高速公路建设工作会议,会议就加快钦防高速公路建设的有关问题进行了研究,现将有关问题通知如下:
