利用单片机(MSP430)、数字信号处理器(DSP)以及PROFIBUS总线的专用协议芯片SPC3相结合的多处理器技术,开发了带PROFIBUS-DP接口的低功耗涡街流量计。介绍了低功耗涡街流量计总体方案的设计和PROFIBUS-DP通信接口的软硬件设计实现,给出了部分原理图和软件流程图。实验证明该涡街流量计功能完善,通信可靠,功耗低,具有很好的发展前景。
The low power vortex flowmeter with PROFIBUS-DP interface has been developed by using multiprocessor technology combined with single chip microcomputer (MSP430), digital signal processor (DSP) and special protocol chip SPC3 of PROFIBUS bus. The design of the overall scheme of low-power vortex flowmeter and the hardware and software design of PROFIBUS-DP communication interface are introduced. Some schematic diagrams and software flow charts are given. Experiments show that the vortex flowmeter function, reliable communication, low power consumption, with good prospects for development.
